4. Delays & Lost Packages

  • Meesa Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.” Please contact the carrier directly in these cases.

If your package is delayed or missing, contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • If the shipping information is incorrect and your package is returned, you’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

6. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If your order includes a pre-order or backorder item, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock. If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place a separate order.
